Hispanic Leadership Development Program
The Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, in collaboration with Metropolitan State University of Denver, is launching a six-month leadership development program for local mid-career professionals to support Latino advancement in the civic and business community.
The purpose of the program
The purpose of the program is to assist participants in recognizing, realizing, and re-examining their full potential for leadership. In line with that goal, the program provides participants with:
- An understanding of the concept we call leadership;
- Specific tools useful for the practice of leadership;
- Exercises that link leadership concepts with each participant's real life experience.
The program kicks off in February 2013 with a goal of securing 20-25 participants for the class.

MSU Denver's RN to BSN Degree Completion Option (BRNCO) at Front Range Community College
Metro State University of Denver's Extended Campus Programs, in partnership with the Department of Nursing, has teamed up with Front Range Community College, Westminster Campus, to offer a degree completion program in nursing.

The class meets at Su Teatro, Denver's oldest Chicano theatre company, at 721 Santa Fe Drive. For more information on Su Teatro, please view their website.
